These span and beam bridges are the more simple and basic design for a bridge. These are used for spanning small distances.

These arc bridges are a little more complex than the span and beam bridges. Arcs are used for small distances usually.

These suspension bridge designs are used for large distances and can be changed to fit their location. Suspension bridges have towers that run cables from the tower to the deck of the bridge.
